Update as of 2 April 2019, we now have various other recurring options (monthly, quarterly, weekly, annual) for nonprofit organizations.
We have another feature update coming your way! You can now create a form made only for monthly recurring donations – essentially removing the “one-time donation” option. This is useful for organizations who want to sell memberships through their Donorbox forms, or for organizations who want to have a special form for their premium recurring donors.
Here’s how to create your monthly-only donation form:
1. Go to your Donorbox dashboard and click the “Edit” button by the campaign you wish to change.
2. Click on the “Advanced Setup” tab and check the “Monthly recurring donations only” box.
3. We find it useful to combine this feature with our “disable custom amount” feature, which can be activated by clicking the text box right below the one for monthly recurring donations. This allows organizations to set membership prices on their forms.
4. Click save and you’re ready to go! Here is what your new and updated donation form should look like:
