1. Updated Form Layout: Call-to-action on Top
Now your donation form starts with the call-to-action message at the very top.
This space must be utilized to inform your donors about what donation interval will help your organization do its very best. Example: “Donate monthly to help us reach our goal!”.
This message can emphasize your goal and your mission. Giving a cue of your preferred recurring interval is likely to nudge a one-time donor to opt for a recurring donation option. A Donorbox heart symbol next to your chosen interval will help you highlight it.
The donation interval selection has moved from the bottom of the form to the top.
Making the suggested donation amounts more visible to your donors. Now your donors can see the available amount options straight away and match with their preferred donation amount.
2. Automated Tribute Emails
Donors often make donations in honor of, or in memory of a person. We have upgraded this experience so your donors can notify a selected person of their special tribute.
In the Edit Campaign section, you can customize the email that the recipient will receive, and include the particular variables to personalize their experience.
Your donor will simply select the checkbox against “In honor of” or “In memory of”. Next, they will fill the honoree name, recipient name, and email along with a special message for the recipient.
The “Notify a Recipient” option lets donors select the preferred way to notify the recipient. They can choose email or post. An automated email will be sent to the mentioned recipient, informing them of the special tribute done by your donor. Click here to find out how to set this up.
