Tithely Pros
Take a look at what other churches are saying about Tithely.
1. Responsive support
Tithely users appreciate how responsive the team is whenever support is needed.
We have had great customer service from Tithely. Very impressed with the quick response when we have issues or questions.” – St. Paul’s United Church
Customer service has to be one of their best features. They also assign you a customer service representative who checks in from time to time and gives you updates on new product features, which gives it a next-level feel.” – Next Gen Pastor and Communications Director
2. Streamlined system
Some reviews note how effectively the system streamlines church data and operations.
Tithely brings so much under a single umbrella. It has helped to streamline our systems immensely!” – FBC Savannah
Everything feels streamlined and intuitive, which saves time and eliminates unnecessary frustration.” – T Cooks
3. Easy to use
Customers love how easy the system is to use, regardless of technical skill level.
One of the standout features is how easy it is to learn and use. Even our volunteers with limited tech experience are able to navigate the system with confidence.” – Lydia W
I love Tithely products-ease of use, amazing customer support, and variety of products to use all at a bundled price.” – Karrie Landsverk
Tithely Cons
1. Delayed payment processing
Tithely reviews frequently mention delays in processing and payouts, with bank transfers taking longer than expected.
My only complaint is that credit card and debit card transactions take different amounts of time to process – It’s hard to get end of quarter donations processed in time for reports.” – Highlands Presbyterian Church
Donations collected sometimes take more than 10 days to be deposited.” – BLSpray
The banking end leaves a lot to be desired. It takes sometimes up to a week to end up in our account.” – Earl Baker
Figure out a way for ACH transactions to be deposited more quickly. This is the one thing that prevents us from closing our books each month, as we have to wait for the deposits (so they will match up with those on the bank statements).” – Marti Meuse
2. Lack of customization
Reviews often mention limited customization options in Tithely, especially for email and reporting features.
The options for customizing websites and newsletters are clunky and limited compared to other web-design software such as Wix.” – Verified User
The only negative thing that I have found is it is a little hard to customize.” – Aaron M
3. Difficulty with custom reports
Tithely’s reporting could be improved, as many users are frustrated by the difficulty of generating the specific reports they need.
Reports. I have a hard time running queries. For example, running a list of people who attend an event 50% of the time.” – Carrie G.
The reporting is a little labor intensive to get the information I’m looking for. We should be able to select which information we want to download.” – Mike
Tithely Pricing
Tithely has a 4.9 out of 5 for “Value for Money” on Capterra.
The platform’s pricing starts with a free giving plan with limited features, while paid plans starting at $72 per month.
Tithely also charges a 1-3.5% processing fee every time someone gives. And while donors do have the option to cover those fees, some users feel the rates are higher compared to other platforms.
Higher service charge than other tithing options.” – Flora
It’s simple to use however the fees are little high.” – Pbwes

Here are some of the platforms top features:

We are a new ministry and the free version has really helped us as we are getting started. As we grow we will definitely use more of the features.” – Tim
It’s worth noting that while the free plan can help you get started, many of these features aren’t included, and other platforms like Donorbox offer more in their free plans.
Customer Support
Tithely has a 4.9 customer service rating on Capterra.
The Tithely support team is available during business hours. As mentioned earlier, reviews praise the team for their quick and helpful responses.
However, some customers note that they prefer speaking with a live representative rather than a bot and would appreciate 24/7 support.
IF you have issues there is NO live support, you are speaking to an AI bot only via email.” – Kenneth Holder
Even though the site advertises M-F 5AM-6PM support, in the chat BOT it said I would here back via email in 2-3 business days.” – Mike Carl
