Integrating Airmeet with Donorbox
Airmeet is an all-in-one virtual events hosting platform that allows customers to host and stream various events, increase engagement of hybrid events and encourage virtual networking.
If you are hosting your virtual or hybrid fundraising event on Airmeet, you can now integrate your Donorbox campaign form into the event panel and make your donation form super-accessible to all event attendees.

At the Backstage of your Airmeet event, find the “Manage” tab on the right panel.
Click on “Activities” and select the Donorbox option here.
Toggle the button to enable Donorbox.
Next, add your Donorbox campaign URL and tab name.
Next, you can save the setting or proceed to add “Enable Widget in Chat”. Once you Save, you will start seeing the donate tab on the right side of the panel.
Note that the tab name you enter will be the text that shows up when hovering on the donate tab.
4. Add a donate button to the chat window
You can add a donate button on top of the chat window by switching on “Enable Widget in Chat”. Add the widget title and a call-to-action text that you want visible on the widget.
This option will add a donate button on top of the “chat” window – making your donation widget more visible and accessible to the attendees.
Once you save the widget title and call to action text, a pop-up will appear confirming that.

5. Your virtual event is donation-ready – Go live and raise donations!
Your Donorbox donation form will now show up on the right-side panel, under the donate tab of your Airmeet event.

3. What is a ‘session’ on Airmeet?
A live session is either a video broadcast started by the host of an Airmeet event or a video streamed in from an external platform. When a session is live, you will be able to see the video streams of designated speakers only.
The Social Webinar format allows for one session at a time.
The Conference format allows for parallel sessions, run at the same time.
You can also chat with attendees via text and react with emojis during a live session. And as an attendee, you can come on stage and interact with speakers using the ‘Raise Hand’ feature.

6. How do you disable the Donorbox integration on your Airmeet Event?
Go to the right-hand side of your session and click on the Activities tab. Click on the Donorbox integration. Toggle the button towards the left to disable the integration from the session. Click Save to disable the tab temporarily.
Note: The widget will also be removed from the session chat feed when you disable the integration.
7. Who can enable the Donorbox integration for your Airmeet Event/Session?
The Donorbox integration can be enabled and disabled by the session’s Host/Co-Host and the account’s Event Manager.
8. Once enabled, is the Donorbox integration active on all your Airmeet Sessions?
No, integrations need to be enabled for every particular session. They can’t be enabled for all of the sessions at one time.
