1. Reporting difficulties

Many users feel frustrated with the reporting side of easyTithe and would like more flexibility when it comes to pulling specific reports.

There are useful reports that are prebuilt into the software however when it comes to doing more of a custom report your options are limited without exporting to excel or another software.” – Camry G

Some reviewers aren’t happy with the added fees in easyTithe payments, especially when they aren’t clearly communicated ahead of time.

Their pricing is based on the size of your church, and they do offer a free plan to help you get started.

That said, easyTithe also includes transaction fees, along with a $10 monthly minimum if your processing fees don’t reach that amount. As mentioned earlier, some users shared that these additional fees caught them off guard due to a lack of clear communication upfront.

They were not upfront about their transaction fees from the beginning and just got worse from there.” – Darla S

The platform has a support number publicly available as well as a team of “real people” available during business hours to help users.

However, some reviews note that it can still be difficult to reach easyTithe support.
