Does Tap to Donate have a maximum or minimum donation amount?

No, this feature doesn’t limit the donation amount from any one transaction. In order to be beneficial, the donation amount should at least surpass the payment processor fee, but you can also ask donors to cover these fees over and above their donation amount.
