Collective Climb is a 501c3 organization empowering teenagers in West Philadelphia through restorative justice. Our programs equip teens and young adults as organizers, conflict mediators, and community leaders prepared to redress past harms and move our community closer to realizing Black joy, security, and freedom.
As our community continues to grapple with violence stemming from years of social disinvestment, we are leaning on them as the new leaders to power the way forward. The time for youth voices to direct the conversation is now. Join us in supporting two revolutionary youth leadership programs: The Restorative Community Project and the Youth Advisory Board.
The Restorative Community Project is a paid 3-month program teaching teens how to curb conflict through an anti-oppression lens. We begin with a restorative justice weekend summit before returning to Philly to connect their learning to direct actions in the community! Oh, and we still make it fun!
After completing the Restorative Community Project, participants are encouraged to join the Youth Advisory Board—a paid 6-month fellowship where they apply their knowledge to support our organizational direction and operations. The Youth Advisory Board receives $2,000 to organize a community event (Collective Kickback) focused on peace and communal healing in West Philadelphia.
100% of Collective Climb youth believe what we offer is necessary for young people in the community. That is why we need your help to sustain our work far into the future! If you feel moved by our mission, we would be honored to have you join our base. All donations will go directly toward youth stipends and program operations. Thank you so much!

All donations to Collective Climb are tax-deductible. Visit our website to learn how you can support by providing gifts of stardust (non-monetary contributions are valued immensely!)
