We represent donors to Timbercrest Legal Fund, which includes TNA and TRC. We foresee other possible impacts of development around Timbercrest.
The Timbercrest Conservation Group has hired a lawyer to represent us in the Planning Commission case. This representation has already proven important to postponing the original hearing to allow the neighborhood time to assess the situation and organize. We are raising $10,000 in donations to build up a legal defense fund. Any funds not used for this effort will go to future conservation efforts.
