Goal

The Renovation Initiative: A Collective Effort to Rebuild and Restore

Why This Project Matters

This initiative is in solidarity with families who were forcibly displaced from their native homeland, Artsakh.

In 2023, more than 120,000 Armenians were forced to flee Artsakh. This came after the devastating 2020 war and nearly 10 months of a brutal blockade, all waged by Azerbaijan and backed by Israeli military support. Exiled from their homeland, the Armenians of Artsakh were forced to leave behind not just their homes but generations of life, culture, and stability.

Now, as they start over, The Renovation Initiative is there to help them rebuild a home they can truly call their own- a space that is safe, designed collaboratively, and built for their future. Whether itโ€™s adding a much-needed roof, installing kitchen appliances, or constructing a bathroom, weโ€™re increasing a family's property value and restoring a sense of home after the occupation of their homeland.
