As much as it was a shock for her and her supporters, we are happy to report that she settled in well and is already supporting other inmates with English & Math lessons!

The prisoner’s full name (Tahra Ahmed) and prison number (A0738ER) should always be used in addresses, as above. 👆
When writing to a prisoner the sender must include their full name and address on the back of envelope.
In prisons letters are opened, searched, and can be read before being given to the prisoner.
You can write about anything but letters must not be obscene, name ‘victims’, or be a threat to discipline or security.
NO items or money should be enclosed with letters
Never send original documents, make copies and send those. It is unwise to send confidential, financial or medical information.
Never discuss any on-going legal matters.
If you send greetings cards these should be of reasonable size and not padded or pouched, or have pieces attached. No Musical cards.
Full details must be included with cards (it is a good idea to put details on a ‘Post-It’ note stuck to the card or include a letter with sender’s details so that cards are not displayed in cells showing personal details).

In the Old Bailey, from the public gallery, the prosecution barrister’s argument was weak and the defence barrister statement was erudite and very convincing.
Previously, the probation officer completed a sentencing report for the judge, which recommended a 2 year suspended sentence, plus 40 days re-education.
In the court room, the judge made his summary statement and the sentence for Tahra for Point A was 11 months in custody and point B, 6 months in custody to run concurrently. 😱😵😣
1/2 of the sentence (5&1/2 months) was to be served in custody, less time already spent in prison (6 days) and time spent with an ankle tag (approx 1 week) so the minimum time in prison should be 5 months.
The other 1/2 of the 11 month sentence (5&1/2 months) was to be served on license (outside prison).
She is still going to appeal the sentence and please donate to Appeal this horrific travesty of justice conviction.

The judge said that Tahra was very charismatic, intelligent, educated and influential! 👏😃❤️
Tahra was stoic, asked to see her barrister, always thinking of us and gave us her love ❤️, whilst she was led away to prison. 😔Understandably, we were very shocked 😱by the sentence and Tahra is a martyr to the cause. 🙏😌
Despite them making an example of Tahra, she is going to emerge stronger and more powerful. They cannot silence her! 💪👊💥
Actually, they’re very scared of her positively educating women in prison!
They cannot stop her from telling the truth that ultimately love conquers all. 😃❤️🥰

My friend Malcom Bosher wrote this for me
If you cannot go in person then please support Tahra energetically with this simple but very effective meditation - envision a violet ray of light forming two bubbles - one around and through Tahra and one around and through the Old Bailey and it’s immediate area.
Just use intention to initiate the light and for it to pass through the building and surround all humans and their auras.
After 2-3 minutes bring in pure white light to each of the bubbles. Hold this vision for 2-3 minutes. Then bring in golden light to fill both bubbles and hold for 2-3 minutes. Finally surround each bubble with Blue light of Mother Mary unconditional love and intend that anyone entering either of the bubbles has their energy transmuted . Suggest that this is done twice a day for the next couple of days and then on Friday before 9 am. And of course as often as you like from thereonin - it’s a meditation you can use to clear any space including your own at any time. ❤️❤️❤️
