Power outages since 11 Dec have made essential medical equipment intermittent. Dr Oleg Maltsev has serious cardiac and pulmonary conditions and now needs urgent stabilization.
What we are raising first: €8,000 to cover 60 days of medication, specialist consultations, and essential supplies during outages.
