I am utterly appauled by the actions of the Ross Trust.
Fantastic effort in The Age today. I can’t understand why more Tourist operators aren’t on board. Hard to promote the Mornington Peninsula as a “green escape” when some of the last remnants of indigenous bushland surrounding Arthur’s Seat is in danger of being trashed.
This is utterly barmy! Destroying habitat in order to quarry granite to make money to donate to environmental organisations? We have all gone utterly insane.
You can NEVER retrieve this cherished land on the Mornington Peninsula. We are, along with indigenous people, custodians of this land. How can we sell our souls to the rapacious developers? We must NOT!
