Contributions to Friends for DaCosta, Inc. are not tax deductible for federal or state income tax purposes. Contributions are subject to the limits and prohibitions of the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Act, O.C.G.A. § 21-5-1 et seq. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, foreign nationals, and government contractors are prohibited. All contributions and expenditures will be reported as required by Georgia law.
