JoEllen has demonstrated a strength of purpose rarely seen. She has dedicated her life to a cause that touches many Vermonters, and yet few who are willing to confront its magnitude. By her sheer dedication, she has impacted the lives of most Vermonters and her voice of reason and passion will resonate for many years to come.
