for as long as i can remember, stories have been my favorite thing in the world. i am always at my happiest when i can pick apart a story and share my interpretations with people. manga made me fall in love with reading again in a way i didn't think i could. thanks so much for doing this <3

What a super idea. Fun stuff is what kept me reading when I was a kid.
Stories helped me connect to others and gave me a sense of belonging when I felt like I didn't belong. I hope more kids can find that same support and escape even as book bans try to take it away from them.

As an autistic adult who struggled making friends and even struggling to go on living, reading and stories kept me sane and made it easier to make friends when I thought it was impossible to do so, and even continuing on living from comics and stories written by authors much like myself.
