This German Shepherd was rescued after suffering horrific acid burns that left him in unbearable pain. By the time he reached our team, his injuries were severe, life-threatening, and deeply traumatising. His skin had been extensively damaged, leaving him weak, terrified, and fighting to survive. No animal should ever have to endure this kind of suffering–but for many street animals in Egypt, cruelty, neglect, and pain are a heartbreaking reality.
Thanks to the dedication of Dr. Colleen, Dr. Reem, and the Worldwide Vets veterinary team, he was given a second chance. Through daily wound care, intensive treatment, and constant monitoring, his healing journey began.
