Dear Friends, Family & Supporters,
Thank you to all of you who have donated towards this emergency appeal to support the people of Gaza. Your generosity has meant that we have been able to provide vital food and aid supplies to more than 2000 people since the beginning of this campaign, a week into the escalation of this war on the 7th October 2023.
We continue to work with and support our small but strong community-led teams in the South of Gaza who procure aid, organise and deliver the distributions.
Due to the recent communications blackout our distributions have been on hold.
The airstrikes, assault, mass displacement, death, injury, hunger and disease continues. There is no sign of a ceasefire.
Little aid and resources continue to pass through Rafah crossing.
As the recent communications blackout now seems to have lifted, our teams are assessing the situation to start another round of distributions.
