Help us reach our goal of $10,000 this week!

Every individual donation up to $10,000 will be matched by our donor partner Nursa, a healthcare staffing platform that matches nurses seeking flexible work with facilities seeking help. With your help and support from Nursa, we'll be able to provide 20 caregiving grants to mothers working in healthcare roles this holiday season.

Throughout 2023 we have been so fortunate to have partnered with awesome corporate donors who have made statewide and initiative-specific programs possible. We've supported-

-Doulas and midwives working in underserved areas of Omaha, Nebraska, with high rates of racial disparities in maternal outcomes.

-Community health workers and clinicians working in FQHCs and rural clinics in Kansas.

-Through the now world famous QHINs Aren't Real t-shirt campaign, we supported the women at Project Hope for Women and Children

-We're in the process of distributing 45 grants to women working in underserved regions of Clark and Washoe counties in Nevada.

-We've also been so lucky to find corporate partners to support caregiving scholarships to patient advocates and early career clinicians through our opportunities fund so they can attend key industry conferences to advance their careers.

But the mothers on our general fund waitlist are outside of these programs, mostly serving the Medicaid population and the rural underserved. The typical grantee supported by our general fund is a single mother caring for multiple children making less than $40,000. Many of our grantees experience domestic violence, food and housing insecurity and other challenges. These women take on these stressors while continuing to care for the rest of us in their roles as healthcare workers--and in the midst of a critical staffing shortage across the country.

Help us give out 20 more grants this holiday season and make the lives of these hard working mothers a little easier.
