Zemou is a Slovak travel project about life on the road, exploring the world and sharing authentic stories from different countries and cultures.
We travel slowly and respectfully, spending extended time in the places we visit to truly get to know them. We are not focused on quick travel or tourist attractions, but on real life, people, nature, and everyday experiences across regions.
Our home on the road is an expedition van — a self-converted Mercedes Sprinter 4×4. It is our home, workspace, and base for long-term travel.
Currently we are in Georgia. The journey continues to Armenia, across Central Asia to Kazakhstan, and further through China and Tibet — reaching elevations of up to 5,220 m — and on toward Southeast Asia.
We do not plan a fixed destination or end. We travel as far as the road and opportunities allow.
From the world, we share photos, stories, and experiences from places most people never reach or see up close.
How your support helps
Your support helps keep the journey going and allows us to share the world as we experience it:
• life and travel across countries and cultures
• nature and remote places
• authentic experiences from the road
• inspiration for free and open travel
Financial support goes directly toward maintaining the expedition vehicle, cross-border travel, time in remote regions, and content creation from the road.
By supporting Zemou, you support a journey connecting countries, people and experiences across Europe and Asia.
Thank you for being part of the journey ❤️
