The Fledge Youth Entrepreneurs & Mentors Program is a 9-week initiative designed to equip Lansing youth (ages 10-19) with entrepreneurial skills through hands-on workshops. Participants work on business model development, prototype building, and pitch preparation, culminating in a $1,000 pitch competition. What sets this program apart is its mentorship from young local leaders, providing relatable guidance.
