The Yoga Buggy brings high-quality, low-cost yoga into spaces where children and families learn and play. 

Yoga helps children manage anxiety, depression, poor fitness and behavioural struggles. Practicing together builds resilience, regulation and strong relationships.

Our yoga is accessible and inclusive of all children, including those who struggle with learning disabilities, social-emotional issues and/or financial hardship.
