What We Do
Wild Woman Wildlife Rescue main hub operates within the Cassowary Coast Region in the small township of Tully surrounded by bananas, sugar cane plantations and World-Heritage Rainforest. As a not for profit Wildlife Carer organisation we provide rescue services for all types of wildlife from Ingham to Cairns and as far up to the beautiful Atherton Tablelands regions.
What we are raising funds for?
Wild Woman Wildlife Rescue commenced operations in 2019. Since 2019 we have grown experentially and are now urgently needing a STORAGE SHED to store all our equipment (cages, fence posts, iron sheeting etc).
Work isn't just about earning money anymore but finding ways to "give back" to nature and support local ecosystems and those organisations that work tirelessly for those without a voice in this country - our wildlife.
The entire purpose of wildlife rehabilitation is to give individual animals a second chance either to bolster numbers of a particular species or out of sheer compassion.
Wildlife caring is not an easy job by any means, just ask us! We do the job because we do want to give these precious animals a second chance. Giving sick or injured animals is a rewarding experience and rightly so but there is a cost that comes with that.
Wild Woman Wildlife Rescue is hoping to raise funds to build a Storage Shed which is urgently required to assist our careers and maintaining the investment into the equipment we have that enables us to do our job.
Every bit of funds raised goes back directly to the animals in care and to assist our amazing wildlife carers!
PLEASE DONATE TODAY!
WILD WOMAN WILDLIFE RESCUE APPRECIATES ANY SUPPORT AND THANKS YOU IN ADVANCE....
