Domestic violence is a public health crisis, not just a private issue. Every year, over 350,000 New Yorkers experience intimate partner violence—and most of them live in communities with the fewest resources to heal and protect themselves.
Love Leader 101® is changing that.
Led by survivors, Love Leader 101® is the only culturally responsive, early-intervention program that equips Black and Brown residents across NYC public housing (NYCHA) with the tools to identify, respond to, and prevent all forms of relationship violence—before it escalates.
Through emotional education, coaching, and community healing, participants become wellness responders: trained leaders who disrupt cycles of harm and model healthy love for their families, neighbors, and future generations.
We’re already serving 30 NYCHA communities.
