TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between UNITED TOGETHER LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and the user ("you" or "your") of our website and services.
Contributions:
United Together LLC ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") is a for-profit organization that is not a charity, non-profit organization, or otherwise involved in the solicitation or acceptance of charitable donations. By using Our services, products, or platforms, You ("User", "You", or "Your") acknowledge and agree that any contributions, payments, or fees made to United Together LLC are not charitable donations and are not eligible for tax deductions or any other benefits typically associated with charitable donations. It is Your responsibility to understand and abide by any applicable tax laws, regulations, or guidelines in relation to any transactions made with United Together LLC. We encourage You to consult with a professional tax advisor to ensure compliance with such laws and regulations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless United Together LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees), arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Company's services, products, or platforms, including, but not limited to, any violation of this Agreement, or any tax obligations arising from transactions made with United Together LLC.
Contributions made on the UnitedTogetherLLC.com website or other available platforms are for the purpose of supporting United Together LLC in selecting individuals for early retirement support. Please note that contributions are not considered donations, but are for the services United Together LLC provides. To qualify for the selection process, contributors must make a contribution, adhere to current promotional deals or customer fellowship programs offered by United Together LLC, and maintain an active profile on UnitedTogetherLLC.com. Contributors may choose to remain anonymous or visible contributors. Contributors may also choose to participate in the selection process by contributing towards it. Contributors can also contribute to support only United Together LLC's missions which are described in finances. Contributors can also contribute to United Together LLC to fulfill community projects at our discretion.
Recipient selection process: The purpose of this process is to establish a selection process for the recipients of early retirement support based on the recipient's profile created on our website. All potential recipients will be required to create a profile on our website that includes information such as their personal background, financial status, and reasons for requiring early retirement support. To be eligible to become a selected recipient, an individual must meet the minimum age requirement to make a contribution.
If you choose to be a potential selected contributor, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information about yourself. This will help us ensure the security and integrity of our platform and the contributions made through it. You also must contribute a minimum of $20 a year for United Together LLC’s services and send an email with contribution confirmation and profile information to help with the selection process.
Payment processing: United Together LLC uses third-party payment processors to process contributions for its services provided. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions from these payment processors. We take the security and privacy of your payment information seriously and work with trusted payment processors to ensure the highest level of protection for your transactions.
Fees: United Together LLC collects all contributions for its services described in the contribution section. This allows us to continue providing high-quality services and support for our missions.
Finances: Company Resource Distribution: Seven percent (7%) of the total Company resources received from contributions for its services shall be paid to the Founder. After the Founder's payment, twenty percent (20%) of the remaining Company resources shall be used for business purposes such as employment, places of business, and investments to improve the Company. Five percent (5%) of the remaining eighty percent (80%) shall be used for community improvement projects in New Mexico, as determined by the Company. The remaining seventy-five percent (75%) of the remaining Company resources shall be paid out to selected individuals based on their personal needs for early retirement support. Out of this seventy-five percent (75%), thirty percent (30%) will be reserved for the selection process in the following year. Company resources will be distributed to potential selected contributors once the Company has generated a total profit of $1,000,000.00 from early retirement support contributions, after all other expenses and percentages have been paid out. Contributors can also contribute to support only United Together LLC’s missions which will be used at United Together LLC’s discretion to support our missions. Contributors can also contribute to United Together LLC to fulfill community projects at our discretion.
Refunds: United Together LLC does not offer refunds for contributions, unless there is an error or technical issue with the payment processing. We are committed to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our payment processing systems, and will work to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to contributions to support United Together LLC's missions. We take compliance with legal and regulatory requirements seriously and expect our contributors to do the same.
Content: You are responsible for the content you post on United Together LLC, including any text, images, or videos. United Together LLC reserves the right to remove any content that violates its policies or guidelines. We strive to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all contributors and reserve the right to moderate content as necessary.
Intellectual property: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any intellectual property, such as logos or trademarks, on our website. We respect intellectual property rights and expect our contributors to do the same.
Privacy: United Together LLC collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our contributors' personal information and take all necessary measures to safeguard it.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold United Together LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform. We work hard to ensure the security and reliability of our platform, but cannot be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our services.
Termination: United Together LLC may terminate your account or suspend your access to the platform at any time, for any reason. We reserve the right to take action to protect the integrity and security of our platform and the contributions made through it.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood them in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These terms and conditions may be updated or amended from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. If you do not agree with any of the terms or conditions, you may not use our platform or services.
