UCCA provides food, referrals, and services to Elmhurst School District 205’s financially disadvantaged children and their families in an effort to fight hunger.

Last year, UCCA provided more than $155,000 in support to approximately 388 Elmhurst School District 205 families and 84 senior citizens who reside at Greencastle of Elmhurst by:

• Delivered over 1,500 boxes of food through our Holiday Food Drive
• Hosted 8 Mobile Food Pantries serving hundreds of families
• Provided emergency gift cards to social workers for families in crisis
• Mailed four rounds of grocery gift cards directly to households in need

For 46 years our “neighbors helping neighbors” approach has been driven by volunteers and powered by a generous community and dedicated partners such as yourself.
