Goal
Taylor was Diagnosed with Turner Syndrome before birth, dealt with daily injections for growth for nearly 12 years all to get to a full grown height of 4ft 8 in! She has had multiple surgeries and procedures over the years without hardly a complaint.
At age 12 she was diagnosed with Partial Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Return (PAPVR) a congenital heart abnormality where 2 of her veins went to the wrong side of her heart. Taylor had Open heart surgery for correction of the congenital abnormality on June 3rd, 2019. Taylor's recovery took a bit longer with some complications and delayed healing, but was able and ready to get back on her bike by the Fall MTB season with DEVO in 2019.
The latest complication that Taylor is dealing with is in April 2022 being diagnosed with Celiac. While it's a big change we have found many new options and have been eating gluten free, the thing she misses the most is all the sweet treats!
While we are unable to make the walk this year, due to being at a HS Mountain Bike Race in Steamboat we hope you can support Taylor and this cause!
