Turner Syndrome is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization: EIN #81-0960162 Liability Waiver This agreement releases Turner Syndrome Colorado and any persons, businesses, or organizations involved, from all liability relating to injuries or illness that may occur during the 2022 Butterfly Parade, Resource Fair and Community Walk on Sunday, September 25, 2022 at Hudson Gardens. This includes permission for my minor children and any other minor children I have brought to the walk to jump in the provided bounce house. By continuing, I agree to hold Turner Syndrome Colorado and its local sponsors entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. By continuing, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Turner Syndrome Colorado and its local sponsors for any reason and agree that I fully understand and agree to the above terms. Photo Release Representatives of Turner Syndrome Colorado will be taking photos and may use you/your child’s photo for business purposes including marketing materials, presentations, on our website, and on social media. No identifying information will be attached to an individual in a photo without prior permission. Join us on September 25th at Hudson Gardens in Littleton CO from 11am to 1:30pm as we gather in person to once again celebrate the girls and women in our lives who have Turner syndrome. 


Friends and family members are encouraged to make a donation in honor of their loved one with TS.  All donations will be used to support the important programs of Turner Syndrome Colorado, including the eXtraOrdinary Kids Turner Syndrome Clinic. TS Colorado needs to raise $75,000 to cover the costs of the Clinic for the next two years.
