Tulip City Walls Mural Festival has helped transform the Eastcore neighborhood in Holland, Michigan into a place filled with color, pride, and connection. This year's fifth and final Tulip City Walls Mural Festival is coming up on August 20-22 and we can't wait!
What began as a simple idea, to bring public art into everyday spaces, has grown into a annual community project that continues to shape how people experience this neighborhood. Blank walls became murals. Ordinary spaces became landmarks. And neighbors became active participants in shaping their community.
These murals reflect Eastcore’s identity, diversity, and creativity. They build pride, tell local stories, and remind us what is possible when a community invests in itself.
To Our Neighbors and Business Community
With the event approaching quickly, we are now in the critical final stage of preparation for this year’s festival. Artists are being scheduled, materials are being secured, and final planning is underway.
To make this year possible, we must raise $70,000 to fully fund the festival. Contributions of $100–$500 to help bring this year’s festival to life—every little bit counts!

Why This Matters
Public art does more than transform walls, it transforms how people feel about where they live. It builds pride, strengthens connection, and helps communities recognize their own value.
Tulip City Walls has shown what is possible when artists, residents, and businesses come together with a shared vision. This year is our opportunity to complete that vision and deliver a strong, fully funded festival.
Help Us Finish Strong
With your help, we can fully fund the 2026 Tulip City Walls Mural Festival, bring this August’s event to life, and complete this chapter with impact and intention.
Now is the time. Join us in making this final year happen!
