The Senior Lift offers free training services to adults in the Delaware and Chester County areas now teaching more than just technology assistance to older adults but now underemployed and unemployed folk as well! Everyone deserves to be able to function a smart phone, personal computer or laptop to connect better with others and gain vital knowledge needed for jobs in today's digital age. Senior Lift’s staff are professionals with vision, experience, and credentials that affirm their qualifications to provide free workforce development training and emerging technology training.
Many of the old workplace structures are being re-evaluated and tested to see if they possess a strong technology foundation to survive and be productive in this COVID-19 Pandemic. This workplace shifting has brought our work environment into a dimension of a “new normal" and now we are offering virtual learning to help maximize the implementation of these technology strategies. We hope to return to in person education in the future, but are happy to adjust our ability to help others in this ever changing world.
We inspire our participants to think beyond just getting a job, instead we encourage them to focus on their value and their abilities to secure employment that is a part of the cutting edge job market. Senior Lift's goal is to promote an increasing number of individuals to access ongoing technology skill training that allows them to keep up with the pace of emerging technologies that yield results that build confidence in functioning well in today's digital society.
