Please note that donations made by credit card donations will process immediately & typically receive a receipt via email within an hour. Receipts for donations made by online bank transfer will not be sent until your transaction fully clears, sometimes up to one week, however, regardless of the date you receive your receipt, the date of your gift for tax purposes is the date you initiate your online transaction.
The Palmas Academy is a certified 501(c)3 and a Hacienda 1101.1 verified non-profit, and is listed on the Comision Especial Conjunta de Fondos Legislativos Para Impacto Comunitario (CECFL) list, making it an eligible recipient of Act 60 donations. All donations are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Every Act 60 decree is different, and TPA can not guarantee the suitability of any donation to fulfill your particular Act 60 decree requirements.
