In the streets of Davao City, stray kittens and cats are left to fend for themselves sick, starving, and scared. At Meow PH Center, we’re a small but dedicated group that rescues, cares for, and rehomes these vulnerable animals. Each cat we save starts with a promise: “You’re safe now.”
We provide food, vet care, and shelter but we can’t do it alone. Most days, we come across kittens in plastic bags, injured cats hiding under cars, or sick strays too weak to move. These lives hang by a thread, and the truth is, we simply don’t have the funds to help them all.
This is why your donations are so important.
Every peso helps us act quickly when a cat needs emergency care. It allows us to buy food when supplies run low. It gives us the ability to offer medicine, clean shelter, and sometimes even share support with other small rescue groups in the Philippines who are also struggling.
We are also planning to build a registered center, which will provide a safe and permanent home for cats in need, improve our capacity to care for more animals, and help us better serve the community.
Without donations, we’re forced to make heartbreaking decisions like choosing which cats we can afford to treat, and which ones we can’t. That’s a weight no rescue team should ever have to carry.
