      The New Evangelical's is committed to creating a space where we can share our life experiences and learn from each other by adding more seats to the table.  We believe that the most powerful communication tool is storytelling and that the best way to create and share stories is within a community. 


      Where Do Your Donations Go?


      Non-Profit Status - $400 per month


      As a completely community-funded organization that does not operate behind paywalls for any of our content and resources, we need to form a non-profit. This will ensure those funds are handled according to community and IRS standards. This amount includes processing fees, accounting software, and annual filing fees. 


      Overhead - $250 per month


      Covers monthly overhead, including digital subscriptions, graphic design, and other items that allow The New Evangelicals to continue bringing you compelling content and community resources.


      Salary - $4,000 per month (estimated)


      Tim manages The New Evangelicals with a small team of volunteers on top of a full-time job. We want to see him move to work on growing The New Evangelicals full-time. Which means he needs a salary. This would give Tim space to think about all those things we all see would help the community. Things like: more zoom groups; guest take-overs of the Instagram account; TNE approved church list; a family fund to send grants to those in the community that need a little help; the list goes on. 


      Taxes - $1,850 per month


      This is our estimated monthly tax burden for payroll and other taxes applicable to us.
