All donations to Root & Rise Café, a program of The Luc Cochran Foundation (501(c)(3), EIN 99-1959689), are tax-deductible and placed in a restricted account; if the program does not launch, funds will be used for the Foundation’s mission and other charitable programs, with no goods or services provided in exchange.
