WHY ARE WE MARCHING ON APRIL 5?

For over 16 months, Gaza has endured a brutal, ongoing genocide carried out by Israel with the full backing and support of the US government. Israel continued to violate the terms of the ceasefire reached on January 19th, breaking it over 980 times, and culminating in a complete blockade of the Gaza strip which began on March 1st and a return to all out war on March 17th. In the past week alone Israel has intensified the bombing of Gaza, began a ground invasion and killed over 500 Palestinians within 48 hours.

The movement against genocide in North America has risen time and time again in support of Gaza and will not rest now. The Trump administration, building on the tactics of the Biden administration, is now increasing its attempts to silence pro-Palestine, anti-genocide voices. This movement is made of students, workers, teachers, artists, activists, healthcare workers, tech workers and people of conscience all over the world who will not back down in the face of repression and intimidation, and will never back down so long as Gaza is under attack. That’s why on April 5th we are standing up to Trump and his ethnic cleansing plan for Gaza, we are standing up to repression, and we are standing up to the US’s continued facilitation of the genocide in Gaza. We demand a permanent ceasefire and an arms embargo now! Learn more about the march at marchforpalestine.org

NEW HAMPSHIRE: GET ON THE BUS TO DC!

People from around the country will be joining together in Washington D.C. on April 5th. Join New Hampshire community members, workers, and students at this critical demonstration by reserving your seat on the bus from Londonderry, NH. Taking the bus is a hassle-free way to get in and out of D.C. for this massive mobilization, and it's a unique opportunity to connect with other Granite Staters who are taking action against genocide. Whether you are a seasoned activist or have never attended a protest before, we need you on the bus to show that New Hampshire stands with Palestine! The expected itinerary for this trip is as follows:

DEPARTURE FROM NH:

  • Meet in Londonderry, NH at 11:00pm on Friday, April 4th. There is free overnight parking at this location, and specific location details will be provided after you purchase your ticket. Please be on time - we will board the bus and depart from NH at 11:30pm sharp!

ARRIVAL IN DC:

  • We expect to arrive in Washington, D.C. by 9:00am on Saturday, April 5th. The National March on Washington officially starts at 1:00pm.

DEPARTURE FROM DC:

  • We will meet up to board the bus back to NH after the demonstration concludes, likely around 8:30pm. We will confirm a specific departure time and meet-up location closer to the day of the march.

ARRIVAL IN NH:

  • We anticipate returning to Londonderry, NH by 6:00am on Sunday, April 6th. The specific arrival time is subject to change based on travel conditions.

BUY YOUR TICKET NOW - PAY WHAT YOU CAN!

We are chartering the bus from NH to DC in an entirely volunteer-funded effort. We do not want ticket prices to prevent anyone from getting on the bus, so we are relying on each passenger to pay as much you are able for your ticket. Any additional contribution you can make will allow us to cover the remaining costs for community members who cannot afford a full-price ticket. You may enter any amount* into the custom amount box, or choose from these ticket options:

$120 - STANDARD TICKET

  • This option reflects the actual cost of one seat on our 55-passenger bus.

$60 - SCHOLARSHIP TICKET

  • This option is available for community members who are unable to afford a standard ticket.

$180 - SOLIDARITY TICKET

  • This option covers the cost of your Standard Ticket and provides a travel scholarship to one of your fellow passengers!

$240 - SUPER SOLIDARITY TICKET

  • This option covers the cost of your Standard Ticket and provides two travel scholarships to your fellow passengers!

*A minimum, non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to reserve your seat on the bus. If you are unable to pay any of the ticket prices listed above, please pay at least $20 now to secure your ticket, and contribute more later if/when you can! Detailed instructions for making another payment towards your ticket will be included in the confirmation email upon making your deposit.

Bus Information: Please bring whatever you need (pillows, blankets, earplugs, etc.) to make yourself comfortable on the bus overnight! Shortly after we depart from Londonderry, we will dim the interior lights and ask everyone to keep conversations at a low volume in order to allow other passengers to sleep. There will be a bathroom on the bus, and we will make at least one stop at a rest area between NH and DC. We expect that everyone will have time to purchase meals in DC before and after the demonstration, and there will be free water bottles available throughout the demonstration. We will provide some snacks, water, and basic first aid supplies for everyone on the bus, but please plan ahead and bring any extra food and medicine you may need.

Safety & Security: All bus passengers will be assigned to a base group led by designated PSL organizers. Your base group leader(s) will be your primary contact for any questions or issues that arise during the trip, and they will ensure that you receive all necessary information and updates about where and when to board the bus for the return trip back to NH. We recommend bringing a portable phone charger to use throughout the day on Saturday, but we will also give you a print-out of all the information you will need to find our bus in the event that you cannot use your phone. If you are traveling with friends or family members, please list their full name(s) in the relevant section of this form so we can make sure to place you in the same base group. Upon arrival in DC, we will highly encourage everyone to use the buddy system (we can help you find a buddy if you are traveling alone) and to stay in touch with the other members of your base group throughout the day. You will be able to leave your belongings on the bus while we are in DC, but you will not be able to retrieve them until we board the bus for the return trip. Please refrain from leaving any valuables unattended on the bus.
