WHY ARE WE MARCHING ON APRIL 5?

For over 16 months, Gaza has endured a brutal, ongoing genocide carried out by Israel with the full backing and support of the US government. Israel continued to violate the terms of the ceasefire reached on January 19th, breaking it over 980 times, and culminating in a complete blockade of the Gaza strip which began on March 1st and a return to all out war on March 17th. In the past week alone Israel has intensified the bombing of Gaza, began a ground invasion and killed over 500 Palestinians within 48 hours.

The movement against genocide in North America has risen time and time again in support of Gaza and will not rest now. The Trump administration, building on the tactics of the Biden administration, is now increasing its attempts to silence pro-Palestine, anti-genocide voices. This movement is made of students, workers, teachers, artists, activists, healthcare workers, tech workers and people of conscience all over the world who will not back down in the face of repression and intimidation, and will never back down so long as Gaza is under attack. That’s why on April 5th we are standing up to Trump and his ethnic cleansing plan for Gaza, we are standing up to repression, and we are standing up to the US’s continued facilitation of the genocide in Gaza. HELP SEND GRANITE STATERS TO DC!

People from around the country will be joining together in Washington D.C. on April 5th. We are chartering a bus for New Hampshire community members, workers, and students to attend this critical demonstration in an entirely volunteer-funded effort. We do not want ticket prices to prevent anyone from getting on the bus, so we are relying on donations from people like you in order to provide travel scholarships to community members who need them. Any contribution you can make will allow us to cover the remaining costs for Granite Staters who cannot afford a full-price ticket. 

You may enter any donation amount into the custom amount box, or choose from one of the pre-selected options. Donations of any and all amounts are greatly appreciated!

For your reference, the actual cost of one Standard Ticket on our bus is $120. We are offering Scholarship Tickets for $60 - each time you match this amount, you will be covering the cost of a travel scholarship for a NH community member who otherwise could not attend this pivotal mobilization. 

Major actions like the National March on Washington are often a transformative experience for attendees, inspiring them to make a lifelong commit to the struggle for liberation. With your contributions, we will return to New Hampshire with a bus full of community members who are energized and prepared to take the movement in NH to the next level.

Your contribution will be processed by Granite Unity Fund, a social welfare organization that supports the work of PSL Southern NH. 100% of your contributions will be used for the purposes outlined above. Contributions are not tax deductible.
