The Sunshine Project is a supplemental mental health resource that is used to feel the widening gap of mental health professionals or the lack there of in the 98,000 public schools across America where there’s a shortage of psychologist counselors behavioral therapist and other resources we also want to improve The home lives of every black and brown child in America by getting their families and caretakers the tools to effectively aid and garner support for mental health wellness OK.
The Sunshine project solves a plethora of problems but more importantly the benefits are lessened anxiety lessened depression adHD symptoms such as attention and focus in school and at home. We will provide resources for families all in one area.
We plan to operate as a monthly membership service. It goes beyond meditation by integrating mindfulness concepts, a Q & A for Parents, and an age specific book study with new content monthly.
