On the weekend of 25-26 April 2026, the historic Chelsea Old Town Hall in London will host an official Guinness World Record Attempt to create the Longest Tiramisù.

Organised by Complitaly and supported by the Italian Chefs Federation, this event celebrates Italian culinary tradition while aiming to break a World Record. The attempt was officially launched on 19 January through a press conference held at the Italian Institute of Culture in London which provided an overview of upcoming events that will culminate with the final breaking of the event.
All proceeds from the event will support the work of the Esharelife Foundation.
