Goal

This year our Holla Festival of running is kicking things up a notch with 2 events taking place during April and May.

The first, The TPC 100 is on April 22nd with over 170 participants challenging themselves with a run, walk or ride in the aim of raining funds and awareness to support the Holla Foundation.

Then in May, 4 of our Board members are taking on the biggest challenge of their lives and running from Bondi Beach to Williamstown. 100km a day for 10 days.

We're looking for your support and generosity to help us make a real impact as we strive to transform the lives of adults and children by finding strength through vulnerability. We aim to improve

mental and physical health through conversation and exercise.

#hollaatme

We believe that vulnerability is a strength and not a weakness. Through

the power of community, we believe no one should have to deal with

depression or anxiety on their own.

At the Holla Foundation, we strive

to provide support and transform the lives of adults and children by

finding strength through vulnerability and provide education on mental

health.

By fostering a connection, purpose and community; we hope to

bring more awareness to mental health and provide education to

communities, schools and platforms to re-shape and rethink the stigma

around depression and anxiety.

100% of all Profits raised goes towards funding outreach services;

• Workshops

• Online Resources

• Community Events
