Goal

I'm lucky to be part of a gym that is not only a great place to train, but also does good things outside of the gym.

One such thing is Holla Festival of Running, a fundraising event for the Holla Foundation, which does good things for mental health awareness and support.

Last time I did a 21km run, my longest by far. This time I've signed up for a 50k walk. A couple of the coaches will be running 1000km from Sydney to Melbourne (110k a day for 10 days straight) but I'm not going that far.

Mental Health Support is something that is very important to me, and is something that is often not given the individual attention that it should.

The Holla Foundation is a great, local initiative that I think will make a huge difference when it comes to the conversations we have around mental health with ourselves and our loved ones.

Help me support them by supporting me as I embark on this big journey.
