To serve more individuals who deserve person-centered support beyond the age of 22, when care plans and services become self-directed in the state of North Carolina.
Our current reality is one where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities face a daunting 15+ year long waiting list for the Innovation's Waiver. This unmet need leaves many in our community without the critical support they require.
