Artists Callout
- Please consider the title statement of the show in your application.
-What kind of a cure could be in this land?
(Hint)- Gnosis, real foods from the earth, indigenous people's of the British Isles and their wisdom, herbs, plant medicine, compassionate activism, healers, Philo-sophia....
-What would we like to celebrate about our home grown identity?
-Where does our courage come from?
-What would a true home look like?
-How can we communicate truth in an age of lies?
-Extra browning points to those who respond to the theme "Gnosis". Which means inner knowledge or wisdom not gained from schooling.
The exhibition will will focus on solutions to the tyranny we have all experienced in the past 6 years. Let's shine a light about what is good and loving about our humanity and dream a better world. The days of deception are over. Dare to dream on canvas.
Im asking artists to submit their artworks for consideration to be in the exhibition.
A maximum of 3 artworks
All must all be in the following format
any size up 1.3 meter by 1.3 meter as the largest length
any medium.
must be wall mountable.
Cost per Artwork-
£15 for one work
£25 for up to 3 works
Please pay your application fee first. Then send your artwork application (JPEG images no more than 300dpi) with payment and transaction receipt to-
You must include a short statement of no more than 200 words explaining your concept.
Please note: Your donation does not guarantee your artwork will be included in the show. The curator reserves the right select or reject artworks based on their suitability to the theme of the show. All application fees and donations pay for the running costs of the exhibition and the venue hire. For the exhibition you agree to pay 40% commission on any sales to help recover the costs associated with running the show. This is inclusive of 20% to be donated towards a healing charity for the medically injured. All artists agree to deliver their artworks themselves to the gallery on the installation date, and collect their artworks at the deinstallation time. By submitting to this application you agree to these terms.
