We know that many of us are struggling with mental health challenges. This fall our Step Up Challenge and Tower Tower Climb have never been more relevant.
Once again we are asking the community to join our month-long campaign to create hope for others through our actions. As part of our 50th anniversary celebrations, we would love to see 5,000 people taking part in these events and showing the power of the community.

My mother committed suicide 46 years ago. It is devastating for family members to know how anguished their loved one was. I felt then, as now, that no one should ever feel so alone and hopeless as to take their own life.
