We know that many of us are struggling with mental health challenges. This fall our Step Up Challenge and Tower Tower Climb have never been more relevant.
Once again we are asking the community to join our month-long campaign to create hope for others through our actions. As part of our 50th anniversary celebrations, we would love to see 5,000 people taking part in these events and showing the power of the community.

CWAJ Hiking Group | ¥28,200
Nineteen CWAJ (College Women’s Association of Japan) members enthusiastically formed a team for the 2023 TELL Step-up Challenge as supporting mental health care is a mission that CWAJ shares with TELL. Walking through green areas in Setagaya Ward on Friday, September 27, together we met the challenge of 21,881 steps while enjoying stops at historical houses, gardens and shrines. Even in urban Tokyo, one can easily find an oasis of green and nature to enjoy.
