We know that many of us are struggling with mental health challenges. This means fall the TELL Step Up Challenge has never been more relevant.

For the 3rd time I'll be walking to raise awareness, and some funds to help those people who maybe need a bit of extra support right now. If you can help, that'd be great too.

TELL is a Non-profit Organization Certified by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. All donations are tax deductible for Japanese Tax purposes.
