TELL Lifeline Toll Free Pilot

For more than 50 years, the TELL Lifeline has been here to listen. While it is free to talk to us, our users still need to cover the costs of the call to the Lifeline. Help us pilot 1 month of toll free service on the Lifeline and take the first step of removing the barriers to access to care.
Our goal is to fund a 1 month trial pilot program to allow toll free to the Lifeline phone service. To make this happen, we need to have the funds to cover the costs of every call that comes through.
For some, even the cost of a phone call prevents them from reaching out to talk to someone.
During times of need, we don’t want the cost of a phone call to be a barrier to receiving support.
Your donation can help our users to access support on the Lifeline without having to worry about costs.

TELLライフラインは50年以上にわたり、相談者の皆様に寄り添ってきました。
現状、相談することは無料ですが、通話料が利用者の負担になっています。この負担を取り除く第一歩を踏み出すために、ぜひご協力をお願いいたします。
現在、ライフライン電話サービスの無料通話を可能にする1ヶ月間の試験的プログラムへの寄付を募っています。 このプログラムを実現するためには、ライフライン電話サービスのすべての通話料をまかなう資金が必要です。
電話代がかかるというだけで、相談したくてもできない人もいます。
困っているときに、電話代がサポートの妨げになることは避けなければなりません。
相談者が費用の心配をすることなくライフラインのサポートを受けられるよう、ご支援をよろしくお願いいたします。
