We believe older adults deserve more than just access to technology. They deserve someone to sit beside them and say, “You’ve got this.”
GOLD stands for Growing Older Living Digitally. We are a nonprofit working to close one of the most overlooked gaps in society — the digital divide for older adults.
Right now, millions of seniors are being left behind.
Not by choice. Not because they are incapable. But because no one has taken the time to walk with them through the digital world.
We are changing that!
At GOLD, we teach older adults how to confidently use the digital tools that are now essential to everyday life. That includes smartphones, healthcare portals, video calls, email, online safety, scam prevention, and more.
We run workshops. We answer the questions others brush off. We show up patiently, in person and online, with respect and warmth. And every time a senior opens their email on their own, refills a prescription through MyChart, or recognizes a scam before it hurts them, that is a life changed.
