Roots to Wellness focuses on connecting, growing and nurturing communities and schools through nature connections and holistic education. 


50% of lifetime mental illness begins by age 14, and 75% by age 24. 


We are collaborating with schools and community organizations to support children and adults in mental health, education and wellness through gardening, yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, educational trainings and more. Donated money will be used for yoga mats, paid entrepreneurship program for high school students, gardening supplies, equipment for nutritional demos, and educational materials for trainings and lessons for curriculum.
