According to the 2021 Human Trafficking Hotline, our home state of Indiana reported 176 victims of human trafficking, the majority being females (Polaris Project, 2021).
Beloved: Not Forgotten has worked with 47 survivors of sexual abuse, assault, exploitation, and trafficking. More than 95% of the survivors were abused, assaulted, exploited or trafficked by their immediate family. Nearly 60% are survivors of sexual exploitation and/or trafficking.
Our mission is to provide a safe, home-like, residential environment in the State of Indiana where those victimized by sexual exploitation and trafficking can begin the transformation of their destinies.
Our trauma-informed staff and volunteers provide opportunities for growth in life skills, addiction recovery, counseling, wellness, and faith. We prepare those we serve to gain the most from the program by stabilizing the whole person: physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.
