I'll be honest with you.
I thought about giving up. The fatigure and burnout have been immense. But I'm in San Diego. I moved closer to campus (so now I can walk or bike). And I'm ready to tackle my engineering education once again.
Less than three months after starting the Fund, I turned my complete attention towards fundraising and organizing for Palestinians who were (and are) in a much more desperate situation than I am. While that work continues, this is also a great time to refocus and continue building towards a dream that's important to me: becoming an engineer.
I've refreshed the page to make it more streamlined. I've also added a new campaign called Beam by Beam for monthly and annual donations. Recurring donations really make a huge difference, and I welcome them. No amount is too big or small.
