LOVELY PETOPIA™ and PETS AND ANIMALS LOVERS™ who is a part of GGS WORLD ART™ organization is primarily made up of volunteers who are dedicated to protecting and helping stray animals.
Our mission is to provide care, shelter and food support for all kinds of animals especially homeless cats and dogs in our region.
Our vision is to help homeless animals, especially cats and dogs, all over the world. First of all, it is to save these homeless animals from shelters belonging to government institutions, to prevent them from being killed by euthanasia and to find and adopt a safe home where they will live for life.
Unfortunately, our expenses are too high. We need the help of you pets & animals lovers.
2022 report shows us these numbers ;
- Number of cats and dogs entering shelters each year: 6-8 million (up from 13 million in 1973)
- Of the 3 million cats and dogs euthanized in shelters each year, approximately 2.4 million (80%) were healthy, treatable, and accepted into new homes.
- Number of cats and dogs adopted from shelters each year: 4 million
- Percentage of cats euthanized in shelters: 70%
